Here is the simple example of what to do and later we will analyse why and how this works, then you can adapt and use it many different ways.

Wandering along a street with some privately owned businesses, you enter into the Florists. You browse around the shop looking at the flowers. It's a lovely shop, pretty flowers, neatly arranged and the owner asks you "Can I help you?"

Oh, hello, I was just passing and popped in to see what flowers you had and what kind of prices.  It's a lovely shop you have here, is it yours, or do you work here?

Thank you, yes I am the owner, I've been here for 5 years.

Where were you before or were you doing something else?

I used to work in an office doing sales support but decided I wanted to have my own business and be free of the routine of a job.

That's interesting and quite a career change! I know what you mean, a lot of people start their own business so that they can earn more money, take more holidays or have more freedom at least.

Umm, yes, that was my plan too except that I seem to work longer hours, have less freedom and as for holidays... Well didn't get to have one yet this year!

Oh that's a shame, where would you like to go for your holiday if you had the time?

Good question.  I have a family, wife and two children and they wanted to go to Euro Disney but even if I can make the time, its pretty expensive!

Yes, your not the first to say that but I have heard its pretty amazing and worth the visit.  How old are your children?

They are 6 and 9, so a great age to appreciate Disney.

Yes, perfect age for that holiday.

Earlier you mentioned going to Disney and it takes money and time, I may be able to show you a way to make that happen?  Would you be interested in finding out?

Uh, well, yes of course, what do you mean? How can you do that?

Well like you, I have my own business, except mine is part time and I run it alongside other things that I do.  However it is quite different but allows me and many others a way to have a second income to have some of the things like extra holidays, or more free time.  If you can make 15 mins now or another time, I can explain to you what we do and you can decide if its something that you like to find out more about? When would be best now or later?
