Hi, my name is Mark and welcome to my landing page on the Team Break Free website.

You will have probably come to this page either because you have had a brief conversation with me and wanted to find out more about what we were discussing, you got the URL from my bike or car and were intrigued or someone has recommended you take a look at this.  Or you could have just landed here!  It doesn't really matter too much. This page is to give a brief background on an aspect of my lifes journey with respect to income options.

So what is my business or work background?

I qualified with a degree in Physics and Electronics but took all the Computer options as I found that to be easier and more fun!  Found myself a job working as a designer of computer controlled electronic systems and built a few computers.  Moved to another place and worked designing and writing software for a few years.  Then decided I didn't like being employed (told what to do) and so went freelance for 20 years as primarily a software consultant.  Lots of fun but only paid while I was working.  Just like a job really except no paid holidays or sick days! 

Why Change Things?

At the same time as working hard and starting a family, I still spent a lot of time on my lifelong hobby or passion which was riding my bicycle and competing fairly often (so long as it was sunny!).  One day, atop a mountain in Mallorca, I thought - "There must be a way to enjoy life and still get paid?  So let's find a way..."

What were the options?

So a few years of research, working harder, a lot of hours and not sleeping much, trying different ideas, I eventually stumbled across the Network Marketing Industry.  For me the problem here was it was 99% product based and although I tried a few companies, they didn't fit what I wanted.  Then I was introduced to a new company that was service based.  Ureka!  A great business model and not product based.  So I got stuck in.  No idea if I could really do it but it was the best option to providing an increasing royalty type income and longer term provide options and choices in life.  Freedom from reliance on a job or self employed slave to your own business!

What did I find out?

What I found out was staggering and over time life changing. An environment that was so supportive and educational. Learn while you earn is a good way to sum it up.  Amazing people (corporate and partners) who wanted to genuinely help you achieve and progress with your business and life.  The skills developed (through working at it, not just reading about it) were so useful in all areas of life.  Increased confidence, better communication skills, negotiating, planning, goal setting, listening, team work, prioritising and many more.  These resulted in increases in renumeration for traditional work as well as building a succesful business with increasing residual income.  It did provide the solution to my thought of how to get paid while not working and on holiday or sleeping!

Could go off on a tangent here, but lets stick to the income side of things - for now...

So I found a great environment, a wonderful company but at the end of the day can you make any money and who can do this?  With the training and support system in place, anyone who really wants to, is teachable and prepared to work hard can make this work for them.

We, in Team Break Free, are partnered with a fantastic UK PLC company that provides all the framework for the above to happen.  What is really amazing is that all this can be done in a relatively few hours a week, without riskng peoples current jobs or business interests.  With a small business start up cost, nothing to really lose but so much to potentially gain!  It is simple, it works and like most things in life, worth giving it a try to decide for yourself.

We do provide a few options to help you explore the business opportunity further.  As well as the obvious phone or skype call, how abut meeting up with a few of the team at one of our team meetings or social get togethers? 

Now off on that tangent... What else?

Currently, as well as business, what else happens?  As a result of the lessons learned, I like to keep what I call my circle of life spinning smoothly. This means it's not just work hard and play hard, there are lots of things to keep in balance.  As well as the obvious I like holidays, I like helping others to enable them to achieve what is meaningful for them or learning from them to improve myself further.  It's amazing who you can meet and what can be leant if you just speak to people.  Conversations can be so interesting and you never know when.  I like spending time out on my bike cycling with groups wether its for fun, coaching, guiding or ocasionally competing.  It's great to relax in the cafe or bar afterwards and hear peoples stories and experiences.  Helping others is sometimes just listening to them as often they know the answers but just need the chance to let the thoughts flow in a safe environment.  Sometimes its about knowing who to connect people with to solve their next business step or life problem.  If the topic is health and fitness or life skills, I will chat for hours as swapping ideas is great and its good to challenge your own beliefs, it's all down to your perspective and experiences!  So wether its on a train, plane, bike or in an airport, cafe, shopping or holiday, just say hello to folks!

I have been fortunate enough to meet and spend time with some truly inspirational people who are world famous as authors, speakers, atheletes, coaches and business leaders.  You could too and change your life forever!  Sliding Doors moments or choices each day - What if I did this or that?  Life is for living, not just existing and its not a dress rehearsal...

This has led to Team Break Free - An enviroment to support, encourage and help others to break free of whatever is holding them back in life and enjoy increased success!  It's not that difficult, it just requires a decision to start and a committment to persevere.
